This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. Upon completion of registration a charge from Elk River Youth Football Association will appear on your account. Offline payment options are available by special request only.

The form below MUST be turned in with your volunteer check at weigh-ins or your child will not be allowed to participate.  This includes confirmed and prospective coaches.

Practice jersey. Can use old jersey.

There is an option to set-up a 2  payment plan for a $5.00 fee.
